I got the error message, "Scan to Salesforce might not be installed in your Salesforce". What should I do?

Please note you need an admin account to resolve this.

There are two likely reasons for this message.

1. Scan to Salesforce isn't set up properly.

Scan to Salesforce may not be in the App Launcher. Go here for more information.

2. Permission sets haven’t been assigned to users.
