Please note you need an admin account to resolve this.
There are three likely reasons for this message.
1. Scan to Salesforce isn't installed in your Salesforce organization.
The admin must install the Scan to Salesforce setup app before it can be used in your organization. Get the app from AppExchange here.
2. Scan to Salesforce isn't set up properly.
Scan to Salesforce may not be in the App Launcher. Go here for more information.
3. Permission sets haven’t been assigned to users.
